Hola a todos!, hoy les traigo la primer parte del Buenos Aires Fashion Week. Les voy a mostrar las colecciones de Josephine, Andrea Urquizu, Marcelo Giacobbe, Trosman, Garza Lobos y A.Y. Not Dead.

Hello everyone!, Today I bring you the first part of the Buenos Aires Fashion Week. I'll show collections Josephine, Andrea Urquizu, Marcelo Giacobbe, Trosman and AY Not Dead.

Josephine:

Con la colaboración de Gaba Esquibel en la parte creativa, en la imagen y en el arte, ya no es más Josephine B, ahora es Josephine, y este año utilizarón de inspiración el arte de Stuart Semple.
Los generos que ultilizaron fueron el algodón, tencel, seda, cuero y encaje, gabardinas estampadas, lisas y metalizadas con diferentes tipos de lavadas.
Y los colores elegidos para esta temporada fueron el blanco y negro. Colorado, azul francia y verde militar. Amarillo y celeste. Plateado y dorado. Gris y natural melange.

Andrea Urquizu:

La colección de Andrea Urquizu esta inspirada en Mick y Bianca Jagger. Si bien son figuras icónicas de los años 70, la marcha quiere transmitir que tiene la misma actitud que estos dos icónos, interpretandolo desde el minimalismo y la sastreria. Al mismo tiempo que transmiten un estilo rockero también quieren transmitir una actitud sofisticada y desafiante.
Los generos que utilizaró fueron gabardina fría, gasa, satén, canvas y pima.Se utilizan textiles de algodón, de mano suave y de gran calidad.
Los colores elegidos para esta temporada fueron blanco y negro, ya que la marca utiliza estos dos únicos colores para todas sus colecciones.

Andrea Urquizu collection is inspired by Mick and Bianca Jagger. While they are iconic figures of the '70s, the brand wants to transmit they have the same attitude as these two icons, interpreting it from minimalism and tailoring. At the same time they want to transmit a rocker style but also with a sophisticated and challenging attitude.
The genres they used were raincoat cold, chiffon, satin, canvas and pima. Textile were used as well with soft hand and high quality cotton.
The colors chosen for this season were black and white, because the brand uses only these two colors for all of their collections.

Marcelo Giacobbe: 

La colección de Marcelo Giacobbe se inspiró en las nereiras de Lola Mora. La desnudez, fluidez y el nacimiento de Venus.
Los generos que utilizó fueron la organza de seda, cuero de oveja, sedas etéreas, tules, cristales y vidrios antiguos.
Los colores que utilizó fueron el natural, rosa empolvado, celeste cielo y negro.
Pueden encontrar a Marcelo Giacobbe pidiendo cita previa en su atelier. 

Marcelo Giacobbe's collection was inspired by Lola Mora´s Nereiras. Nudity, fluidity and the birth of Venus. 
The genres he used were silk organza, sheepskin, ethereal silks, tulle, crystals and antique glasses. 
The colors chosen for this season were natural, dusty pink, sky blue and black. 
You can find Marcelo Giacobbe asking in his studio by appointment.

Trosman: 

La Colección de Trosman de este año fue inspirada en el contraste de los materiales, la tipologia y las formas de uso. Haciendo foco en la silueta.
Los generos que Jesica Trosman utilizó para esta temporada fueron Sedas, linos y principalmente algodones.
Los colores elegidos para esta temporada fueron el rosa, naranja, blanco, negro y verde son los principales, con una presencia pequeña de rojo sucio, turquesa, celeste y dorado.
Pueden encontrar Trosman en Paseo Alcorta, Patio Bullrich, Recoleta Mall y Quilmes.

Trosman collection this year was inspired by the contrast of materials, tipology and forms of use. Focusing on silhouette. 
The genres that Jesica Trosman used for this season were silks, linens and cottons mainly. 
The colors chosen for this season were pink, orange, white, black and green are the main, with a small presence of dirty red, turquoise, blue and gold. 
You can find Trosman in Paseo Alcorta, Patio Bullrich, Recoleta Mall and Quilmes.

A.Y Not Dead:

Este año A.Y. Not dead uso como inspiración California, L.A., Big Sur, The Mistery Spot, París, Seventies, Skate, Surf, Rock. Inspiración Virgin Suicides, Brooke Shields, Jerry Hall, Margaux Hemingway Skaters de los Setentas, Playboy, pero todo en su versión rockera. 

Los materiales que utilizarón fueron las gasas, satén, sedas lavadas, crepes, lino, denim, voile de algodón, rayón viscosa, cuero, gasa de algodón, algodón pima, viscosa lino, gabardinas elastizadas, lycras brillosas y opacas, Punto Roma, Punto Milano y tejidos en hilo de algodón. 

Los colores elegidos para esta temporada fueron los colores shocking. Fucsia, orquídea, amarillo, rojo, rosa, verde y ocre. al igual que colores diurnos como el blanco, el celeste, el azul, crema, mostaza. Sus clásicos estampados rayados, animal print e incluso esta temporada incorporaron estampados de inspiración africana.

This year A.Y. Not dead use as inspiration California, LA, Big Sur, The Mystery Spot, Paris, Seventies, Skate, Surf, Rock. Inspiration Virgin Suicides, Brooke Shields, Jerry Hall, Margaux Hemingway Skaters of the Seventies, Playboy, but everything in rock version. 

The materials they used were gauze, satin, washed silks, crepes, linen, denim, cotton voile, viscose, leather, cotton gauze, pima cotton, viscose, linen, Stretch gabardine, shiny and opaque lycra, Rome Point, Point Milano and cotton yarn fabrics. 

The colors chosen for this season were shocking colors. Fuchsia, orchid, yellow, red, pink, green and ocher. like daytime colors like white, light blue, blue, cream, mustard. Their striped classic prints, animal print this season even incorporated African-inspired prints.

Brands I love N°1: Lithium Accesorios.

Hola a todos hoy en el primer "Brands I love", quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia comprando en Lithium Accesorios. 

La verdad es que yo no soy de comprar on line por el tema de que no me da confianza dar los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito pero hable con otras bloggers y me comentaron que no tuvieron problemas, asi que me decidí, me meti a la página, cree un usuario y empeze a comprar. Al otro día encontre un email de Lithium preguntando si habia podido realizar el pago, la verdad es que no habia podido porque no me tomo los datos de la tarjeta, le comenté mi problema a Sol, que fue quien se comunico conmigo y ella me ayudo a realizar mi compra exitosamente. Cancelo la primer compra que hice y realizamos una nueva. Rápidamente confirmo que la compra habia sido favorable y que a más tardar al otro día me iba a estar enviando el pedido por correo Argentino. La compra la realizé el jueves a la tarde, el sábado a la mañana ya tenia las cosas en mi casa. Asi que fue muy rápido todo y sin ningún tipo de problema. 

En Lithium pueden encontrar desde Statement Necklaces, moños y beanies, pasando por vinchas barrocas, vinchas con flores hasta pulseras y aros super coloridos, los tan de moda Earcuff, carteras y clutches y la obsesión de toda fashionista, la cartera tranparente. Para las que son un poco más timidas y no se animan a los accesorios oversize, tienen anillos, broches para la camisa y aritos coloridos que le dan un toque cool y de color a cualquier outfit.

Les recomiendo que prueben comprar en Lithium Accesorios, ya sea en su shop online en el cual pueden pagar con tarjeta de crédito o en cualquier pago facil o rapi pago, dimero mail, transferencia bancaria, retirar en el locar o contra reembolso cuando te mandan la moto o pueden ir directamente al local que tienen el Recoleta en la calle Av. Santa Fe 1128, local 8 y llevarte los accesorios que más te gusten.

Hello everyone today in the first "Brands I love", I wanna share with you my experience buying at Lithium Accessories. 
The truth is that I'm don´t use to buy things on line because I do not trust giving my credit card data but I spoke to other bloggers about they experience buying at Lithium Accessories and they told me they had no problems, so I decided, I enter to their page, create an user and started to buy. The next day I found an email from Lithium asking if I was able to make the payment, the truth is that I couldn´t at first, I mentioned my problem to Sol, who was the one to communicate with me and she helped me to make my purchase. She canceled the first purchase I made and make a new one. She quickly confirm me that the purchase had been favorable and no later than the next day I received another email from Lithium saying that my ourchase was already on its way. I bought it on Thursday afternoon, and in Saturday morning I had the accesories in my house. So it was all very quick and without any problem. 
In Lithium you can find from Statement Necklaces, bows and beanies, through Baroque headbands, headbands with flowers to Super colorful bracelets and rings, also the so fashionable earcuff, bags and clutches and the obsession of every fashionista, the transparent bag. New In N°3: May Buys

Hola a todos, después de un tiempo largo sin postear por razones de fuerza mayor, hoy les quiero mostrar mis compras del mes de Mayo. Mi idea es al menos una vez por mes mostrarles lo que compre el mes anterior. No todas las compras que vean van a ser de locales de renombre conocido sino que también me gusta mucho meterme en los locales que no son tan conocidos, ya que por lo general siempre algo consigo y la realidad es que las cosas no son tan caras como en los locales de un shopping. Me gusta poder darles todas las opciones y que ustedes elijan lo que mejor se adapte a su bolsillo y a su gusto, ya que no todas las personas pueden darse el lujo de vestirse con ropa de renombre. Vamos a empezar con mis compras del mes de Mayo. Diganme qué les parece?. Acerte?. Hay algo que no hubiesen comprado?. Me encataria leer que piensan con respecto a esta idea de también mostrarles ropa un poco más accesible.

Hi all, after a long time without posting, today I want to show my May purchases. My idea is at least once a month to show what I bought the last month. MET Exhibition: Punk: Chaos to Couture.

Ayer fué la gala del Metropolitan Museum of Art de la exibición Punk: Chaos to Couture, en la cual examina el impacto desde el nacimiento de este movimiento (1970) en la alta costura, a través de su continua influencia hasta la actualidad. 
Como pudimos ver en casi todas (por no decir todas) las colecciones de los diseñadores han tenido prendas que traen nuevamente esta cultura, llena de cuero, tachas, crestas y maquillaje y uñas cargado de negro. Quién se iba a imaginar que en algún momento el punk y la alta costura iban a ir juntos de la mano?. Bueno, creo que todos sabemos que en el mundo de la moda nada esta dicho y todo puede pasar y lo que hoy creemos que jamás usariamos la temporada que viene puede ser tendencia.
La exibición incluye prendas originales de este movimiento y recientes de la moda para ilustrar como la alta costura y el pret-a-porter tomó prestado símbolos visuales del punk.
Son siete galerias que se organizan en torno a los adornos, materiales y técnicas asociados con el estilo. El eje central de esta exibición es mostrar la relación entre el concepto del DIY (Hacelo vos mismo) del punk y el Custom Made (Hecho a medida) de la alta costura.
En este post les voy a mostrar quienes para mi fueron las mejores vestidas de este evento y representaron un punk chic custom made.

Yesterday was the gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the exhibition: Punk: Chaos to Couture, which examines the impact since the birth of this movement (1970) in high fashion, through its continuing influence until today. 
As we saw in almost all (if not all) the designers collections  have had garments that bring back this culture, full of leather, studs, makeup and nail loaded with black . Who would imagine that at some point the punk and couture were to go hand by hand?. Well, I think we all know that in the world of fashion nothing is said and anything can happen and what today we think that we would never use, next season can be trend. 
The exhibition includes original garments of this movement and recent fashion to illustrate how haute couture and pret-a-porter borrowed punk visual symbols. 
There are seven galleries that are organized around ornaments, materials and techniques associated with the style. The centerpiece of this exhibition is to show the relationship between the concept of DIY (Do it yourself) punk and Custom Made (Made to measure) of haute couture. 
In this post I'll show those to me were the best dressed of the event and represented a punk chic custom made.

Fashion Collections: Emilio Pucci para Beyonce´s Mrs. Carter Show.

The Mrs. Carter Show, la nueva gira de Beyonces comenzó y el elegido para diseñar el vestuario fue Peter Dúndas, el director creativo de Emilio Pucci. 

Dúndas se inspiró en la colección Otoño/Invierno 2013 de la firma italiana. Diseño mini shorts, mini vestidos con brillantes, botas increíblemente altas y un traje negro inspirado en un esmoquin. Los colores que se usaron fueron el negro, el marrón, el rosa, algún verde lima y algún violeta.

El encargado de diseñar los zapatos para acompañar el vestuario fue Stuart Weitzmann, el cual diseño un par de botas cortas con taco acordonadas en negro y un par de stilettos en color azul con brillantes que combinan perfectamente con el resto de las prendas. 

Un vestuario de proporciones glam, lleno de seducción, apliques y brillos, sensualidad y encanto, representan esta reina del glam y trendsetter. 

Que opinan del vestuario?. Les gusta?. A mi personalmente me encanta. 

The new Beyoncé tour began and the designer in charge to create the clothes that Beyoncé wears  was Peter Dúndas, Emilio Pucci´s creative director.

Dundas was inspired by the Autumn / Winter 2013 of the Italian firm. He designed mini shorts, mini dresses with super brightness, incredibly high boots and a black outfit inspired by a tuxedo. The colors used were black, brown, pink, lime green and a purple.

in charge of  designing the shoes was Stuart Weitzmann, who designed a pair of high heels short boots in black  and a pair of stilettos with bright blue color that blend perfectly with the rest of the clothes.
 

A glam proportions wardrobe full of seduction, appliques and glitter, sensuality and charm, represent this queen of glam and trendsetter.
